i prepaid for March will i get a refund

on April 12th i payed 33.90 for March.the reason i pre paid is Subscription will renew on Apr 25, 2025.And i get my pension deposited on the 28.while i still had money in my bank i decided to pre pay for March.I'm switching to Bell Mobility .So id like to know if i get a refund or i just lost $$$

sorry @Prime_bud , PM is prepaid provider and won't provide refund.

So, it is best to stay PM for another month before changing carrier. If your next renewal is April 25, it will end on May 25. But start the port out around May 20, give you couple days extra as porting can take longer than expected

why should i loose 33.90 when i pay monthly i dont have a pre paid plan

hi @Prime_bud

we are just customers like you .

PM is a prepaid provider, everyone here is on Prepaid plan. Prepaid means you pay on Day 1 for your service in the next 30 days.

But PM's policy is no refund (all prepaid carriers have this policy), so my suggestions above is to ask you to wait till you use up the money you put in

pay another month when i've already paid for the next month i will just take the loss and switch to bell i even want to be able to transfer my phone number to Bell mobility

please dial 611 with your cell to hear current plan status and when it expires. You won't get any refund so might as well continue with current plan until just before the next renewal. Are you certain you want to go with Bell Mobility ? Please look close at their plans and costs...I think you'll find Public Mobile is better suited to us retirees who are on a fixed budget.

April 25 to May 25 is actually 31 days. I do see your note about wanting to port out early. While the plan might actually keep working until some time on May 25 without payment, May 24 will actually be the last day that has been paid for.
