Changing your number is easy. Just log in and then go here.

simply login My Account, go to Profile and click the pencil besides phone number to change a new one. You can also do it on PM app, Account page

if you cannot login, ask PM to help. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
