If it's an Android, go into the app settings and clear the cache then clear the data. Then reboot and try logging in again. If that doesn't work, then creating a ticket is the way.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks yummy.&amp;nbsp; App on iPhone still not working (no error messages, just enter name, pw, verification and back to login).&amp;nbsp; On my Mac using Chrome got a "Forbidden A1" error.&amp;nbsp; But Chrome in Incognito mode worked.&amp;nbsp; Thanks for the tip.&amp;nbsp; Having said that, the whole reason I wanted to connect was to send a referral code to a friend to get them to switch to Public.&amp;nbsp; Not a good time to do this.&amp;nbsp; Will wait until they get things working properly....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
