@Lsamadhin That's a Samsung, are you sure it is S70 and not A70? A70 is not on Public Mobile's VoLTE list so won't work i n the USA for voice calls because there is no 3G there anymore (since 2022)

@Lsamadhin Since data and texting still work even with a non-VoLTE phone, one thing you could do is download a voip app like TextNow or Fongo and use the cellular data to make phone calls. You won't be able to use your same phone number you have with PM though but it's a workaround.
