      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/544219"&gt;@kamal111&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;usually it is Autopay and you don't have to do anything.&amp;nbsp; Just check if Autopay is on.&amp;nbsp; At Payment page, Manage Subscription and see if Subscribed is turned on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or if you like, you can buy voucher from stores and pay by voucher&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Your son's account must be active and up-to-date with monthly payments.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, he will need to pick a new number with that carrier.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
