      <title>Subscription not completed, card is charged</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to create a subscription with public mobile, but encountered problems while registering after entering the card details. My subscription was not activated but my card is charged now. How to remove my card number from the account?&lt;BR /&gt;Can't login to the account as I don't have access to this phone number. When I tried it requires me to enter an otp sent to the phone number but I am not using that number&lt;/P&gt;</description>
