    <description>&lt;P&gt;what phone do you have? physical sim or esim?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;there have been some problem with people using non-compatible phones, I wonder if it is a device issue.&amp;nbsp; If it is a physical sim, test your sim on another phone, better check with an iPhone or Galaxy S2x phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After activating and transferring my number to PM, data and SMS are working, but making and receiving calls are not. When I checked ‘About phone’: 1. The phone number is listed as ‘Unknown’. 2. Under SIM card status, the mobile network state shows as ‘Disconnected’.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have a previous SIM card in your phone? You would need to disable it and have only PM sim.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reset phone networks.&amp;nbsp; If it still doesnt work you need cs agent to check status.       <description>&lt;P&gt;There is only a. PM SIM card inserted and resetting phone network setting did not help. CS Agent is aware of the issue, but it seems they are unable to resolve it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
