      <description>&lt;P&gt;I switched to public two hours ago and seen the public noble name up top for a bit but then says sos and still haven’t gotten a text from public saying completed and I know can take up to 5 hrs just double checking that’s true and any way to bypass??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you still have another sim card or esim in the phone? If so, remove it or disable it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then try Reset Network Settings.&amp;nbsp; If you need PM to check, open a ticket&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Got it everyone thanks again it was cause of old SIM card and went between secondary and primary numbers etc thanks again everyone glad to be part of public community&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
