If so, did you initiate port from your (still active) old provider ? You must leave old sim in cell until you get the SMS from old provider.&amp;nbsp; You must reply YES within 90 minutes of receipt of port SMS message. Can you try your SIM card in a different phone to see if you encounter the same problems? Another option, which sounds like it may work, go into your settings on your phone, find the network settings and reset them and then reboot. This in theory should resolve issues you're having.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
