      <description>&lt;P&gt;So are your referring to all texts messages or imessages?&amp;nbsp; Verify that your PM esim is turned on in the Cellaulur Settings.&amp;nbsp; Then you might have to reset networks and reboot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If youve done all of this and it's still not working then use the chatbot to create a ticket for an agent to look into it for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
