Yes it normally takes awhile to be received. Few options:

Purchase one instore you can search from the link below. https://www.publicmobile.ca/pick-up-SIM

Or buy from Amazon they have one for $4.99. I bought that one it works fine and arrives quickly.

Then you can use the chatbot and ask PM to credit your account the cost to purchase.

they've been known to take 3 weeks for arrival...especially via Canada Post. This is a long weekend upcoming so give it until Wednesday.

For quick service, order on Amazon with free shipping (if you or someone you know has a prime account). Alternative...see if there's a Mobile Klinik in your vicinity as they usually have 'em.
