Hot spot

Can data with public mobile be used to create a hot spot? I do not have wifi in my home so I use my data to watch movies on TV. If there’s anything data is not shareable then Public is not for me. I check through the community and see others talking about not being able to create a personal hot spot.

@MelissaB24 Yes Public Mobile supports hotspot. I use it instead of the wifi router when we have a power outage. There is some kind of glitch sometimes peculiar to iPhones where a pop up says to contact the carrier but PM doesn't disallow hotspots (I've never had that problem when using the hotspot on my iPhone FWIW)

if there's no usable wifi in your area...consider Starlink mini. It's kinda pricey, but it'll provide you with a robust high-speed wifi signal to use at home and on the road.
