    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have updated my subscription (to 10GB plan) on 3/14/2025. The Public Mobile website screen shows, "10GB New subscription starts on March 15, 2025". However it did not happen until today April 16, 2025. I need help to resolve this problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Just make sure you didn't pay for the upgraded plan for March.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you did schedule plan change very close to renewal date maybe system did not pick up your change no matter message you saw on web site.&lt;BR /&gt;If you Currently have plan you wanted you can open a ticket and ask agent why it did not change as per message.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
