Outgoing Calls

Recently, sporadically my phone wont dial out but I will receive all incoming calls. How can this be fixed, and what phone store deals with public mobile so I can go into a store to get them to help me.

@DingoDan18 , Public Mobile does not have any physical stores. It is a totally online service. What model of phone are you using? If your phone is older, this help article could explain your issue as calls might still be on the 3G network.

@DingoDan18 What happens when you dial out a number with or without +1 in front? Can anyone else in the same area dial the same number successfully?

so, does data work perfectly? was it just voice? do you still have some voice calls working or not at all in the last couple days?

What phone do you have? I am having the same issue. Public Mobile said my phone isn't compatible anymore.

Data works fine, texting sending and receiving works, I can receive calls, and when I. Make outgoing calls, 95% of the time it won't work for me.

I have the same exact issue, everything works except for outgoing calls.

Their list says the A53 is compatible:
