      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/416298"&gt;@kevin888&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are glitches with PM: double charging, missing points back, faulty payments resulting in interruption of service and convenience.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It would not hurt you to ask for a bill credit for service issues. If enough people do this, it would be an incentive for PM to fix these problems more quickly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FYI, I got $10 for a dropped calls issue last year. However, I still have a poor signal problem in my area.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
