Once you are in your account. Go to Account tab&amp;gt;Report Lost/Stolen Device to pause your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_0213.png" style="width: 750px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/159475i464C81FD57D586A3/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="IMG_0213.png" alt="IMG_0213.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you have your new phone and SIM then click on Change Your SIM Card to restore your account with your old number. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
