Hi,

I just checked my points account. I have credited with Feb and April points for my monthly payment but I the March credit has not been posted. Any idea why not? My March payment was auto debited.

Points aren't redeemed automatically. There's no discount on the payment until manual redemption of 15 points.

Did you use any reward points as cash credit (ie. 15 points for $15 credit) in March? Public mobile will not give credit to customers who used reward point cash credits.

If paying for regular plan renewal with $$ (autopay or manual pay)...gets points

If you redeem points to pay for regular plan renewal...gets no points.

I was also missing my points back in March. I had to message a customer agent to fix.
