Hi there,

I can't make outgoing calls, the recorded message says that I have exceeded my minutes but I have added money to my account so there are funds to draw from but still no minutes. What do I have to do to add the minutes using the existing money on the account.

Plus, based on my usage I have not exceeded my 100 minutes. So this all seems strange. Doesn't minutes carry over from month to month?

Thanks
UMG

@UMG On a plan with 100 minutes, no the minutes don't carry over month to month. If the minutes are from an add-on the yes they do carry over until used up. Adding money to the account won't do anything, if you are out of minutes before renewal then you can top the minutes up by buying an add on.

minutes does not carrier forward. If you didn't use up the 100 minutes, they are wasted and renewal starts with only 100 minutes ago

the usage can be cached and not update, use browser with Incognito mode to check

and always reboot phone after you top up or buy addon before trying.
