Hi @Nick49, If you go into your Public Mobile app, go to "Manage Subscription", you will see you account number listed below your name

Last time I just transfer to other ,they said wrong account number

So I need to comfrim to current account number

Using the Public Mobile app, log in to your account > Account...you should see acct number at top of page.
