      <description>&lt;P&gt;My daughter just got an eSIM with public mobile and she can make calls but that’s it. No data, no texting and now iMessage is not working either. Incredibly frustrating.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/423680"&gt;@Mel1na&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try rebooting her phone by powering off then back on and see if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, it could be a porting issue with eSIM if she ported her old number over from another carrier or picked a new number. She will need the assistance of a CS_Agent to investigate the issue.       <description>&lt;P&gt;*update:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sent a support ticket last night and they had me shut off the phone for 5 minutes. I did 30 minutes and powered on again. The past few days under iMessage and FaceTime my phone number was “verifying” but finally it completed and I was able to click the number and have a check mark &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":white_heavy_check_mark:"&gt;✅&lt;/span&gt; beside it. Sending and receiving texts works properly again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
