      <description>&lt;P&gt;This shouldn't be so difficult to get proper support. I want to cancel my plan but I don't have access to unsubscribe in my account.. HELP! I'm paying for something I can't use.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you do port away, your PM account will deactivate automatically once you successfully port to a new network..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No. I can't access anything in my account. It keeps trying to send a code to the number they gave me but I can't use the number. Super frustrating. I just want to close my account altogether so I don't have to deal with this. I can't use the esim and they charged me for it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
