      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why can't you transfer your number? Is it not possible or some kind of error?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Credit ok but not refund.&amp;nbsp; but you bought wrong add-on or what happened ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TO ask for credit back, ask PM by ticket&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)
