Call forwarding to Fongo

i'm trying to get my Android phone to forward calls from my Public Mobile number to Fongo number. I've put the *21*number# but I get a "unexpected server response" why would that be? what am I doing wrong?

The calling forwarding feature has been broken for years now.

Maybe contact agents and see if they can fix it for you.

Here's the link on call forwarding just to make sure you're doing it correctly.

Only unconditional forwarding still works... apparently.

Ok use this link then. I dont know if they can fix it. The forwarding has been broken for years and they are aware. Are you currently in Canada? You have to be for it to possibly work.

From my understanding, conditional call forwarding is not working. The rest of the call forwarding should be fine.

Maybe try call forwarding to another number besides Fongo. To see whether it might be an issue on the Fongo end.

Have you tried using the call forwarding options in the settings of your phone app? I was able to call forward (Always forward) to both a Fongo and a Public Mobile phone #.

As stated conditional call forwarding (when busy, unreachable and unanswered) did not work and defaulted to my voicemail.

Thank you all for the input. After fiddling with it and re-installing my Fongo app, the only option that works is for all calls to be forwarded.
