    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/542416"&gt;@JROG&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Android or iPhone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;first, if you just joined PM, make sure the old carrier sim card is removed, if esim, disable it.&amp;nbsp; So, Public Mobile sim should be the only one left&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have an iPhone, you can:&lt;BR /&gt;Go to Settings on your phone,&amp;nbsp;Then to Messages/FaceTime,&amp;nbsp;Switch iMessage/FaceTime OFF&lt;BR /&gt;And go to Settings, then Phone and then My Number to remove the phone number&lt;BR /&gt;Wait 5 minutes and reboot the phone&lt;BR /&gt;Then go to&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Settings, Phone, My number and put the number back&lt;BR /&gt;And go to Settings, Message/FaceTime and turn iMessages/FacekTime back ON again&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Wait for it to finish activating in iMessage&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if yours is an Android:&lt;BR /&gt;uninstall Google Message&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Reboot phone and reinstall (or update) the Google Message from Play Store.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;You might also want to go to Google Message Settings menu and make sure RCS is enable and registered&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
