    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/542416"&gt;@JROG&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Android or iPhone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;first, if you just joined PM, make sure the old carrier sim card is removed, if esim, disable it.&amp;nbsp; So, Public Mobile sim should be the only one left&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have an iPhone, you can remove the phone number from Settings, then Phone and My Number.&amp;nbsp; Reboot phone and reenter the phone number at the same setting menu to re-register iMessage&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if yours is an Android, uninstall Google Message&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Reboot phone and reinstall (or update) the Google Message from Play Store.&amp;nbsp; You might also want to go to Google Message Settings menu and make sure RCS is enable and registered&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
