When i try to access my account it always says unauthorized

how can I pass that an get access to my account

it could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)

Try to use computer, clear cache, use incognito mode.

The website has caching issues.

You could also try a different web browser or different device.
