    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Folks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am on a basic plan of $15 which include 250MB data/month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Occasionally, I need more, so I buy a package of 200MB.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did so on March 30th but the 200MB disappeared&amp;nbsp; without me understanding how i could have possibly consumed it. I thought maybe I had used it inadvertently, although I could not figure out how.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On April 9, I purchased another 200MB, this morning, I found 51MB consumed, but I did not use data on my phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Right now instead, I checked again and according to your site I almost consumed an additional 100 MB since this morning, but my data on the phone was off today. I only sent a text message, no images or videos. How's this possible?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I wonder what is consuming my data?       <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/454996"&gt;@Be001&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM always will show a 100MB extra on the usage, but those are just "cache" usage, which does not really take off your real data allotment.&amp;nbsp; You can think that while it shows 250MB, you can use as much as 350MB because of the 100MB "cache" usage&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;On the standard 250MB I have always seen near real time consumption, so I do not see why the cache for the add-ons I purchase, especially considering that my data on my phone if off most of the time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Something is not right, to who shall I write to have a proper investigation on my account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ellen&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I joined PM 3 days ago and my data usage shows 6 GB which is an average monthly usage for me when I was with Koodo. Most of the data I consume shows during the night when I am home and my phone is on WiFi.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
