      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is NO family plan at PM. Every account is unique and independent from any other.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you have ANY service? Calls/SMS? If you did have it I doubt PM will issue a refund as you did use pre-paid service.&lt;BR /&gt;If you did NOT have any service since subscribing then open a ticket:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Open a Ticket through chatbot - &lt;A href="https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Type ‘ticket’ and follow prompts. Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
