Sim cards can take awhile to be received. You can keep waiting a few more days or purchase from outside.

So you can buy from Amazon, they have one for 4.99

Once received you can ask PM if they will give you back the credit.

it can take as long as 3 weeks for delivery if you ordered from Public Mobile. See if there's a Mobile Klinik in your area and call them to see if they have a PM sim.
