Hello....I cannot log into the app to purchase a sim. I have tried uninstall, clear cache...desktop site. Nothing is working

Is your phone up to date on the iOS/OS? tYry uninstalling the app and reinstalling it?

It's a Google pixel 6a....husband has the same phone...his works fine. Updates are done reinstall done.

Also my just while trying to help accidentally downloaded the esim to his phone....now I cannot add it with the QR code.
