    <description>&lt;P&gt;Log out of the app and see if the information will change.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have android clear cache and log out and back in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's iPhone, uninstall the app and reinstall to see if the information will reflect the plan you wanted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's not, use the chatbox to contact Public Mobile and ask them for assistance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I change the my subscription on the app, chose to have it done immediately, and was charged for the new subscription did not change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Had a $23 6 G Canada plan, changed it to the $29 10 G us/can/mex plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Got charged $29 +GST on my credit card&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Plan is stil $23 6 G Canada plan. How do I get the right plan&lt;/P&gt;</description>
