    <description>&lt;P&gt;you can login to My Account and stop autopay.&amp;nbsp; My Accoun t-&amp;gt; Payment-&amp;gt; Manage Subscription and then toggle off Subscribed there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or you can keep PM account active and port out the line to another provider.&amp;nbsp; After ported, the account will be closed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/440526"&gt;@pointclark&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In your self service account, you will need to "unsubscribe" to your subscription. &amp;nbsp;That turns off your pre authorized payments. &amp;nbsp;On the next payment date, your subscription will be suspended. &amp;nbsp;Once suspended over 90 days, then your account will be permanently closed and number lost.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Dunkman_0-1696865239828.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/95582i7F5566E3E83737AC/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Dunkman_0-1696865239828.png" alt="Dunkman_0-1696865239828.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
