      <description>&lt;P&gt;my community messaging is in my husband account and for this reason he has no access to his messages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WORSE: I cannot open my account and PM login page does not recognize either my email or phone number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It goes on since last Wednesday (first contact with CSA).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FIXING THE PROBLEM CREATED MORE PROBLEMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does somebody read these messages?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To add something to this: PURE INCOMPETENCE!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I can only assume that you opened a ticket using the orange chat bubble on the bottom right of the screen?&amp;nbsp; and have not gotten anywhere?&amp;nbsp; If so, perhaps you can move on to a direct message to a CS_Agent to hopefully find a resolution. links below.       <description>&lt;P&gt;@Anonymous&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Try logging in from separate devices for each account (if you &amp;nbsp;haven't already), or at least clearing the cache and using incognito/private mode on a browser between account viewing. &amp;nbsp;Just wondering if the log in doesn't clear the previous log in each time, which has happened. &amp;nbsp;Just to add, no, customer support do not typically read these messages, only customers like you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
