You can get the option to receive 2FA email instead.&amp;nbsp; There should be an option to click "didn't receive code" and then offer email optio.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error messages?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/523674"&gt;@Paymenow12&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, I am not sure what you mean by your self serve account being restricted.&amp;nbsp; e-SIM are not transferable to a new phone.&amp;nbsp; You would need to install the Public Mobile app on the new phone and purchase a new e-SIM.&amp;nbsp; There is no cost for a new e-SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
