Hi,

I've heard that a specific phone has to be recognized by the company or network for full 5G service to work, I have a OnePlus 13 that I bought from OnePlus Canada, so I assume it should work fully? I see 5G on my phone but not the 5G+ I used to see on my Samsung. Can someone clarify?

The VoLTE I know works, I have the icon show up on the phone, and I've had no issues with network speed, it was just more of a curiosity if anything, personally I've just never seen 5G+,but 5G is all good
