I am being harassed by telemarketing; how can I change my phone number?

sure can...log in to the app > Account..scroll down to Change phone Number. In the future...just don't answer calls if you don't recognize the caller...if it's a legit call, they can leave a message and you can call back if you want to.

Even if I dont answer their calls every few hours they manage to load my voice mail; this is a very annoying situation 😞

Once you answer a call of theirs, they know your number. Just start using my suggested method...after about a week, calls will diminish substantially. Just don't answer any caller that you don't recognize their number. I get maybe 2 per month now and used to get 2 per hour !!

I cannot log in to the app since I dont have an intelligent p[hone; any other suggestion?

Sure do...log in to your Public Mobile account using a laptop.

I am using a laptop but I just cannot find the option. I see community rewards chatbot logout then overview subscription&adds on payments my referrals my rewards and profile purchase a sim card view usage history view payment history but not change phone number...

EZPZ...click on Profile > My Phone Number ...in there, you click on your number and you can select a new number

You could always just block the numbers so they can't call you again
