      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. I ordered a sim card and subscribed to a plan. The network doesn't work in my kids watch. I tried the sim in my phone to be sure it was not defective, and worked in it. I know that you cannot refund the sim card, but can you please refund the plan? Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
