How to I obtain a QR code in order to transfer my number to my new iPhone. When I attempt the process using the phone it says “eSIM transfer not supported contact public mobile.”

eSIM cards cannot be transferred at Public Mobile. You'll neee to go into your self serve account to purchase a new sim card, but any fee charge for that will get refunded.

@TaraSev Download the Public Mobile app on your new phone. Log in to your existing account as you normally would, then purchase a new esim.
