Have you tried to restart your phone? Sometimes this clears up issues like this. If it still does not help just wait to hear back from a support agent or try creating another ticket if it's been quite a while.

I recently moved my number from another provider. Did the confirmation text from the previous provider. Followed all the steps in the guide. I tried contacting an agent but cannot log in because they sent a text to the phone number I said I have no signal from. Therefore, logically, I wouldn't get a text. 6 hours later, my phone is still showing no signal SOS. Can't make or receive calls/texts. And my credit card has already been billed. Hopefully, this is not a scam.

Thanks so much for your response, Eddie. I've restarted my phone 3 times already. I'll try submitting another ticket. Not sure how they will be able to reach me if my phone has no signal right now. My previous service from my old carrier has been canceled too.
