      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/534146"&gt;@DavidBuchstein&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Have you checked your phone settings to make sure the device isn't set to 3G instead of LTE or 5G? &amp;nbsp;What phone do you have? &amp;nbsp;I get 5G on my phone with speeds often up to or slightly exceeding the advertised maximum with Public Mobile. &amp;nbsp;BTW there's no one to "talk" to on the phone, customer service is by opening a service ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page, or sending agents a private message. &amp;nbsp;Public Mobile is designed as a "no frills" self-serve carrier and isn't for everyone for that reason.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
