      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have iPhone unstall the app and re-install to clear cache and try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If using Android,&amp;nbsp; pull down the screen from the top 2-3 times to clear cache and try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;See if enabling location will help. Try calling *611 from your phone to make a payment that way also.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Or other option is online muskbird.com (service fee applies).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
