Maybe your account is suspended for payment issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if it shows active, reboot phone and Reset Network Settings and try again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also test your PM sim in another phone and test it in a different area&lt;/P&gt;</description>
