It's too late to grab anything from Jan 1st to April 1st. People will suggest to put in a ticket with a CS Agent but that won't work as they themselves as they've told me, can only go back up to 1 year on their system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;IMPORTANT MESSAGE:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;We are NOT Customer Service Agents. We do NOT work for Public Mobile. We are Customers just like you who try to help others while earning credits towards their cell phone bill.
