      <title>Activation did not work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can’t login. I try logging in and to verify my identity it sends code to email and my phone number. I CAN retrieve code from my email but CAN’T retrieve verification code text to my number because the activation failed and I now have no service from public mobile. Can’t get any help from the robots&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have tried resetting password but it did nothing&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried to summit a ticket but unable to get help with that too&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so frustrating&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;don’t know what to do&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
