      <description>&lt;P&gt;is account expired already ? or you can wait a day to try again?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or try using browser with Incognito mode and it could help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or an alternate way is to pay by voucher.&amp;nbsp; Get one from Shoppers or London drug and then load it using *611 or load it on My Account&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem! First my own card was not accepted (idk why it was working fine for my other purchases) so I tried my boyfriend's and it worked! But now it expired so now i am trying with both cards and it does. not. work. ALSO i went to look at other posts with this problem so I tried incognito browser AND clear clear browser data but still did not work... please if someone has another idea I am currently without any cellphone plan because of this&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_face_with_sweat:"&gt;😅&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
