@Gal1da , Public Mobile uses a targeted marketing scheme for existing customers. The plans you have access to are shown in your self serve account. Support are not instructed to bypass this.

Each existing customers have their own individualized plan offers. Not all plans are available to each existing customer.

option closest is $30/20gb

I will shop around the mall and check what's best deal.

I am currently on the $20 3GB 4G plan. When I go into change subscription, I have the following two 20 GB plans, priced at $27 and $30. I don't know why public mobile would offer two plans at the same price. YMMV. Good luck.
