      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/540121"&gt;@Cedric5&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the person you quoted is not a support here&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you need to submit a ticket using private message link on my earlier post&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and as said, you might not get a refund as PM is a prepaid carrier and only provide refund if the system has trouble activating your account&lt;/P&gt;</description>
