      <description>&lt;P&gt;How am I able to speak with an agent? A week ago I was able to talk with agents directly in the chat. Now it wants me to submit a ticket and wait forever. I submitted &amp;nbsp;ticket Monday it is now Thursday and I’ve heard nothing back. I still haven’t received my sim, impossible to get ahold of anyone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Last week it was allowing me to directly chat with a agent, now it’s saying I have to submit tickets which aren’t even being answered so I’m getting quite frustrated at this point it seems impossible to even get a answer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
