ESIM to Regular Sim

I currently have an Esim. I have a new phone that needs a regular sim. I want to transfer my account to a regular SIM card and pick it up in store. I live close to Halifax, NS. Is this possible?

yup...just get the new sim, download the app to new phone and log in to your Public Mobile account > Account and Change Your Pin Number.

Thank you. So just pick up a SIM card, will the new SIM card have my phone number with it? Or is my phone number not associated with the SIM Card? I want to keep my current phone number

Once you successfully Change Your Pin Number...you'll have your old cell number.
