    <description>&lt;P&gt;are you receiving incoming calls yet? and did you requested porting?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you request porting, put your old sim card back to the phone, maybe the text has sent there.&amp;nbsp; If the text sent there, it also mean the port was not done yet&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve just bought a monthly subscription with a new phone number, however it asks me for a 6 digit code as there’s an active Public Mobile service. The code has been sent to the number I bought but can’t verify it as I’m not receiving any text messages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please help me with this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Trying to call the number, it’s ringing, but my phone is not receiving any calls - does someone else have the number?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also, I have been using an international number, so in order to receive texts via that number, would have to turn roaming on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
