      <description>&lt;P&gt;My esim didn't activate and I don't have a phone number for 2 days. When I try to log in to the app, it send a verification code to my cellphone which is not activated so I can not log in to the app either.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't have any option to chose the sim card. I tried to activate the esim and didn't work. on my setting I can not change the sim, it's gray and I can not choose it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Try my suggestion below and if it doesn't work, create a ticket.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
